CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST

- Research your client before they come in to get a feel for their history with us. If they're new, ask questions like, where do you usually record, how did you hear about us during your greeting

-Have the Artists Music or beats they sent playing before they come in, if none of those options are eligible, have "Neutral music playing in the studio. 

-Be in the Lobby at least 5 minutes before the session starts. Having people standing outside is unacceptable, and sets a bad tone before the session starts. 

-Have the card reader on, and info typed in before the client arrives. Collect full payment before the session starts. Amount owed is located in the calendar for that booking. 

- Your greeting should be "Welcome to Enviyon, My name is ..... and Ill be your Engineer today, if you follow me, ill escort you to the room you'll be working in. 

- Although time is the essence, when there's room, your first comment should not be, where's the beats! Rather, you need to ask how's everyone today? Or, Where you been, its been ...... since we seen you! Afterwards, then you can get to the work. 

- Own the client experience from start to finish. Its not just about the music, its about how they feel working with you. Be sure to involve, and speak to their guests, those might be your next clients!

-During the final Bounce, ask them if they know about the weekly service item were pushing. Most people just don't know about the other services we offer. This is where you tell them. 

-At the end of the session, ask them if they want you to rebook their next session with you today using your 10% discount code if they book it now. If they don't budge, make sure they have a way to connect with you via social contact for the future.

(OFF WORK TIMES)

When clients contact you about your schedule, sent them your link in your bio. If they are cash ready to book, never tell them to call the office, or go to enviyon.com. Tell them to send you the payment, based on what they are booking, and the forward that payment to Enviyon. Then call any admin person to ask them to book the session for you. If they send it to Enviyon directly, have someone verify the payment, then we will book it for you once verified.

Is my work area clean and smells good?
Did I reserach my client?
Is the clients music playing on loop before they come in to set the vibe?
Was I in the lobby 5 minutes before my session?
After asking the Artist name, did i greet them with my name and tell them I was their Engineer for the day?
Am I making the Artist comfortable before starting the Recording process?
Do I ask my clients if they are familiar with the weekly service item during their session?
Did I make a sale for the next booking before my client left the building?
Do my clients have my social links, and know the next time Ill be working?
Did I do at least two followup calls to clients that were booked the previous day? (Text if they dont answer)
