The Enviyon Studio Etiquette Act has six rules: 1. The Engineers will display positive attitudes and will never display any lackadaisical behaviors. 2. Engineers Will Give 100% undivided attention to every Artist and will not use cell phones or other distractive behaviors during sessions. 3. Enviyon Entertainment will follow-up with every client to ensure the session was as expected or better. This gives Artist's confidence in our promises. 4. Artists will come to the studio with a positive attitude without any pessimism. This means that they will not bring anyone to their session who cannot do the same. 5. The studio safety measures will be upheld and no weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises. If you cannot go to a happy positive environment without a gun, you should stay in the house. 6. Any disagreements will be handled professionally by both parties. Artist should respectfully ask to speak with a manager, and talk with them in a professional manner. There is no need to bring "Street" or ghetto behavior to a conversion. If you cannot be professional, have someone else speak on your behalf. Unprofessionalism will not be tolerated by any means.

Our admin office hours are 11:00am to 5:00pm, 7 days a week except major holidays. Our admin office assists with phone calls, emails, bookings, and all other support functions. Our music studios operate from 12:00pm to 12:00am, 7 days a week except major holidays.

Our Staff members have a set schedule and are available to work with you on the days & rooms they are scheduled to work in. This will ensure you are working with a specific Engineer.

We have 7 total studios in our facilities, all varying in prices. Studio A is our smallest & most affordable studio, and studio F is our Premium & largest. These prices include mixing, on-site Engineer, and same day music delivery. Studio A - $50/hr Studio B - $60/hr Studio C - $65/hr Studio D - $70/hr Studio E - $65/hr Studio F - $80/hr Blue Room -$70/ hr BAND SESSIONS - If you are recording more than just vocals (drums, band rehearsal, etc..), that would be considered a band session & be charged at a rate based on your specific needs. We cannot reserve or hold times not paid for in our system.

To be sure there are times available for you, we would prefer to schedule your appointment before you come. We require a deposit for all services prior to any bookings, so it is not possible to take a cash deposit. You can pay online, or call to pay with zelle or cashapp for your deposit. You can always pay cash at the end of your session to cover the other half of your session costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept card payments over the phone for your security. If your using a card, you can securely enter that information on our website at enviyon.com (www.enviyon.com) Due to increased fraud in today's world, our financial institution is very particular about the payments we accept. So make sure you are using a valid card that belongs to you before booking with us. If our bank determines that the payment is unacceptable, it will either be declined or refunded before the reservation occurs. Some reasons why your payment may not be accepted with us may include but are not limited to: - Incorrect/inconsistent billing info - Using a card that has been previously affiliated with fraudulent activity -Cards that cannot pass 3D secure authentication -etc.

There is a 1 hour minimum to reserve a spot at Enviyon. We take pride in our work. We don't want you to leave with unmixed, or bad material. We need at least 1 hour to produce excellent mixes, and provide you with what we have to offer.

Unfortunately, We do not rent out our rooms or allow non-Enviyon employees to operate our equipment. Our company is employee based, and our room are contracted out to employed members only. You are free to bring your team member with you for suggestive purposes, but our engineers must be the operator of the boards and all equipment.

Yes. We allow Artists to bring Photographers and videographers to their session. Keep in mind that the amount of people your allowed to bring depends on the room you book. Take a look at the room limits per room. Also, we do not allow any weapons, even props, to be on the premises at any time.

Our points program is designed to reward our loyal clients with discounts and even free services with us. You automatically get points just for signing up. The amount of points you receive per booking depends on how much you time you spend with us.. For example, you get 5 points for a 2 hour session, or 10 points for a 6 hour session. These points add up and can be redeemed for discounted or free studio time once you reach your points threshold. The first thing you should do is click the Sign in button at the top of the website, then create a login. If you have a login and don't remember it, just click forgot password to get back into the account. Make sure you use the same email when booking so the points add up in the same account. If you change your email, let us know so we can migrate your points to the new one. Our studios have different capacity limits depending on which studio you reserve. The bigger the studio, the more people you can bring FOR CREATIVE PURPOSES. Additional guests after the limit is reached will be charged at an additional rate of $10 per person in order to add additional seating, regardless if they are Recording or not. See the limits below. Please note that these limits include YOU, and your guests as well. (The Engineer does not count as a person). Studio A: 4 People max. Studio B: 5 People max. Studio C: 8 People max. Studio D: 8 People max. Studio E: 8 People max. Studio F: 10 People max.

Yes, we recommend Booking studio D or F for listening parties since these rooms offer the best seating options for your guests. We can also provide a cordless Mic, and the ability for your clients to rate your songs online. Contact us so we can make the accommodations for you.

Due to the significant damage smoke does to studio equipment, including the extensive costs and maintenance associated with cleaning up behind smokers, we don't allow smoking in our rooms. You are permitted to step outside during your session if you'd like to take a smoke break. Exception: If you are 21+ and booking rooms C, D, E or F, You may use the indoor designated smoking area. (excluding cigarettes and any cigars) Vapes are allowed in the studio, but NOT in the booth since the oil in vapes destroy the microphones.

Your time begins, not when you arrive, but the time the booking was originally reserved for. There are other sessions booked before and after yours, so we would not be able to move any times earlier or later as to not inconvienence other clients, just like we would not inconvience you because someone was late before your session. Be on time to get all of the time you reserved.

If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance by phone or email, we'll apply your deposit as a credit for another date. If you don't show up, the deposit will still be paid to the Engineer who waited for you at the time of your scheduled reservation because thats how they are paid. This means that we cannot reschedule a booking that has already been paid out to the Engineer. You would need to go online and make another deposit for another date and time.

The days of leaving the studio without a copy of your music are over. Not only will you leave with your music in hand, but we will email your songs at your request at no extra charge on the same day. That's the Enviyon Way.

If the corrections you require are "Engineer based errors" that could have been corrected during the time you paid for, then you will not be charged. (These are usually mixing issues such as "I hear some pops or clicks in my song", "the song is too loud/quiet overall", etc.) Just send an email to contact@enviyon.com (contact@enviyon.com)and explain the error If you want changes such as a Engineer to remix it again, or anything that was not paid for during the recording session, you will need to go to https://www.enviyon.com/improvemymix (https://www.enviyon.com/remote-mixing) (These are usually requests to add beat edits, vocal effects, create an open verse, show mix, clean version, etc.). The time you reserve is what you're paying for. That is how we are able to keep our rates so affordable for you guys while having some killer, top of the line equipment and amazing staff members. This means that we do not typically go back into songs after the session is over & "mix them down more" unless there is a Engineer-based error, or the corrections are being paid for. During the time you reserve, the Enviyon staff member you are working with is all yours to utilize for whatever service you need. But they are going to follow your direction because you're the one paying for the time. For example, if you have a 1 hour session & you spend 55 minutes recording in the booth, then your engineer is realistically going to have less than 5 minutes to mix. Leaving just 5 minutes for an engineer to mix is not always going to yield you the best results for your art. Take our word for it, don't rush the process. So make sure you A.) book the proper amount of time you need, B.) allow the engineer enough time to mix your songs to your liking. THE MORE TIME YOU GIVE US TO MIX, THE HAPPIER YOU WILL BE WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT, WE GUARANTEE IT!

Just like most professional studios, we do not issue refunds for services that have already occurred. But your satisfaction is still incredibly important to us. If you aren't initially satisfied, we will try to work with you and ensure that you feel you've gotten your money's worth, whatever the issue may be. Unfortunately, once a reservation/session is completed, the engineer who recorded you is credited for that session. In the future, you should book your preferred engineer by visiting https://www.enviyon.com (https://www.enviyon.com)and viewing our engineer calendar, which will show you the dates, times, and studios that our engineers will be working in. Or you can get this info by calling to check their work schedule so you can book with them. If your song was mixed poorly, you may submit the "Fix My Song" (https://www.enviyon.com/fix-or-send-my-songs)form stating specific issues, and those errors will be corrected by a staff member at no extra charge to you.

Yes! All music, vocals, and tracks are kept in our secured hard drives and can be accessed by one of our members when you book your next session. Just be sure you let us know what files you will be working on so we can have them ready when you come in. YES, YES, and YES! We can clean any song as long as we have the instrumental as well. Show mixes without main vocals must have the session files, or at least the instrumental if you cant get the sessions. If you're just using the complete songs, just make sure you know how long you need the entire show mix to be. (For example: 8 minutes of on stage time).
