What are custom beats?
Custom beats are how you separate yourself! Most artist think that the only source for beats are to go to YouTube or the internet. Here at Enviyon, we are providing a platform for you to get a beat tended to your very own unique sound. All beats will be made with head room ready for recording to help ensure a better finished product.
Why should I get a custom beat?
Most artist come in with the mindset of finding their sound or trying to perfect it. Getting custom beats done will allow the artist to collaborate with the producer and find exactly what their looking for in a beat.
Producer-songwriter split sheet.
A producer songwriter split sheet is a document that outlines ownership percentages of a song's composition and the corresponding revenue shares between songwriters and producers. (A split sheet will be provided at the end of each session with the terns agreed upon)
Leasing vs. Excusive rights.
With a beat leasing contract, the producer maintains full ownership and may continue to sell the instrumental until an exclusive license is purchased for it, after which it can no longer be sold again. Any artists who had leased the beat before the exclusive was purchased would not be affected until their beat lease contract reaches it's termination deadline.
